Poster Presentation Guidelines
The poster presentation is intended for rapid communication. As such, keep the text to a minimum, emphasize images and graphs. Determine the key points of your paper and design the poster to reflect them. A visual flow based design (for example, the use of arrows or block diagrams) is recommended. Each poster will be displayed on a free standing panel kit that has a usable space of approximately 120 cm wide × 230 cm high, in portrait orientation. We recommend using an AO paper in the portrait orientation to prepare your poster. Nevertheless, you are free to use other paper sizes as well that suit your poster. In selecting a paper size please make sure that your poster leaves some margin from the sides of the usable space. The poster should be visible 1.5m away from the panel and you must select the font sizes accordingly. We recommend you prepare for a 5 minutes description of your work, which can be repeatedly used for various attendees. Your presentation space will be identified by a card with your paper ID number on it. Please display your poster in the break before your Session, all posters must be removed at the end of your Poster Session.
